2 cups plain Full Fat Greek yogurt
3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen banana slices, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Mix the banana puree with the Greek yogurt in a bowl until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
