2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) or use a dehydrator.
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick).
Lay the strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway, or until fully dried and firm.
Cool completely before storing.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
