1 cup Oatmeal Flour
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Oat Milk
1/4 cup Blueberries, diced
1/2 cup Banana, mushed
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Coconut Spray
2 Wilton Mini Donut Pans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a bowl mix oatmeal flour, baking soda, yogurt, milk and egg togther.
Then add in the blueberries and banana.
Spray the pans with nonstick coconut oil, then pour donut batter into each well about 3/4 of the way full.
Put in the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes. When they are finished cooking let them cool on the counter for a few minutes before turning them out on a baking rack to cool.
